This was my first experience of Crystal Therpay having booked following a friends recommendation. With an open mind I arrived at my appointment and right away felt relaxed and welcomed by Lynsey.
Lynsey explained the process and Chakras before beginning the session. I almost fell asleep as I was so relaxed! Definately going to return and maybe tey the other treatments to enhance my wellbeing

Wonderful! I hadn't seen Lynsey in a while and she welcomed me in with open arms. After discussing, Lynsey offered some other options she could do as well as the head massage which was fabulous

I had never had myofascial or deep muscle massage before, so Lynsey talked me through her techniques and whee she would focus and the sequence of that. This was super- helpful and I felt informed and relaxed. It was amazing to feel so light afterwards.

She has a fantastic knowledge of all the treatments she does .
