I had two lovely treatments from Lynsey - reflexology and a deep tissue massage - both were amazing. Lynsey is so knowledgable and really listens and tailors treatments to my needs. She even spent a good 10-15 minutes with me afterwards giving me some suggested stretches / yoga postures to try out to ease my lower back pain. Highly recommend.
