Lorna was very friendly and welcoming to me on my second visit. I had never had any eyebrow treatment ever before so was a bit nervous but she talked me through it all, and made me feel at ease and comfortable. And I am so pleased with the results! My brow lamination looks amazing and I wish I’d had it done sooner! X
