Great looking salon, with customer parking which is handy. Lauren and Lily were lovely and I came away with a fab mani & Pedi - I will definitely head back soon!

I had a lovely pampering afternoon at Lyttle Minx. The staff were lovely and knowledgable and I felt very relaxed and refreshed when the treatments were over.
I had a Shellac manicure and manicure and I'm very happy with the results. There were also a large selection of colours.
I also had a 30 min facial and 30 min massage which were amazing. The treatment room was very relaxing with candles, soothing music etc and both the facial and massage were excellent.
I will definatley be going back for these treatments again.

The venue was nice, bright and clean and vey close to Birkbeck tram/train station. my therapists were charming and did a good job with my nails.
The spraytan was ok but I had to ask for a hair net/paper thong and she did not apply cream on my hands, knees like in other salons I had been. Also she only sprayed me once, but that could be that particular spray tan brand that needs only one application, still I did not look as tanned as in the past!
Overall a relaxing and pleasant time.

The staff were lovely, particularly Lynette who has fantastic customer service skills. She spent a long time doing my manicure but my feet are still quite rough after the pedicure (a different therapist did this) My spray tan is patchy - first time I've ever had one and I wouldn't do it again as it's not turned out very well - streaky and very unnatural.
The owner Lily was very kind and helpful but they have a gem in their therapist who is only 18 and is kind and considerate to everyone - even keeping a young child occupied in a friendly way.
I would definitely use this salon again and recommend it to others.
