Left me waiting for 30+ minutes for my appointment. Eventually brought me down to the treatment room which is uncomfortable, cold and had fluorescent lighting. She confirmed with me what I had booked for but then gave me a completely different 'style' and only realised halfway through, when it was too late! Definitely won't be going back.
