Asked for shoulder length hair and she hacked my daughters hair and brought her over to me and it was completely visibly wonky!I asked if it was me or is it very wonky, she said it was and took her back. I then had to watch her for the next 20 mins just take more and more off my 8 year olds hair till it was ABOVE her CHIN!and it was still wonky! I then asked another hairdresser to step in and help my daughter who did her best but we have now left with my daughter and I distraught and still
