Nicely laid out all staff were friendly this was my first visit after being with my usual hair salon over 20 years so was a bit apprehensive found I need not be concerned made me feel very welcome hence my second booking which I am really looking forward too.

The questionnaire didnt let me tick more than one description for Zoe- I would have ticked them all, she is a very professional, skilled and friendly person. Bourne salon is clean, spacious and welcoming, no complaints
