I usually hate going to a hairdresser due to anxiety but I felt relaxed with Romy. I really liked that she continued to check throughout the appointment what I would prefer with my hair and gave her opinions when I wasn't sure. She also answered all my questions regarding whether using curl shampoos or creams and was easy to talk to. Will definitely book with her again
