I had the best experience at M & Arc!! It started with the very friendly and bubbly young lady at reception (I’m sorry I don’t remember your name, I’ll make sure to remember it next time ❤️) but you offered me the best CAFFEINATED coffee when I arrived- I still think about that latte now 😮💨
Then to my cut… Renato was so sweet and listened to my concerns and the end result exceeded my expectations! Thank you again to Renato and the team who was there that evening! See you all again soon ❤️

This was not my first time doing this treatment with Kim and She makes it so comfortable that you almost forget the nature of the treatment. However, I got home and realised that there stranded hair that weren’t removed. I was not really very happy about this especially the fact that it was in hard to reach area
