Nothing was too much trouble for staff at this Fletton hair salon considering that this was my first time with them. As a person with poor mobility, I was met with a choice of options how best to make my appointment a happy and safe experience. The whole time was client-centred for choices of style, type of cut and suggestions re: suitable products.
Everyone was most welcoming into a spotlessly clean salon. All I can say is ‘thank you’ to Carlo and everyone else - I’ll see you in four weeks!

Been going to this salon for over 12 years and been with Carlo for a while now, would never go anywhere else. He always does an amazing job no matter what I ask for and is always so pleasant and friendly, always goes the extra mile for me too. Couldn't recommend him enough, top guy.
