Imogen was wonderful, she saw me a little earlier as I'd arrived earlier. I told her I was looking for a cut prior to getting hair extensions fitted, she told me she would cut my hair with that in mind. She even modified what I'd booked under as I'd over priced myself, 100% will be back

Unfortunately I was well late for my appointment because of road closure. If I had been warned in advance, I would have taken a different route. Both me and the stylist were then not as relaxed as we might have otherwise been.
