Normally I see another practitioner who’s been lovely and done a great job, but she’s away. In the meantime, I booked with Nurse Olivia a few times and sadly had bad experiences. Botox around my eyes didn’t work as expected, Botox in my lip made it curl inward, and a recent injection went into a vein, causing extreme swelling and bruising. I felt dismissed,she repeatedly told me it was a “vascular area” and advised against speaking to other practitioners as she was “the expert.”wouldn’t return
