I chilled all day following the deep tissue massage the next day I was a bit stiff but as the day went on my body was feeling freer. Excellent massage from Megan and I will be recommending her to friends. I’m half looking forward to the next one.. The half that doesn’t include pain 🤣🤣 Very deep into the facia.. Great result!!
