Shocking, came in and was told that if I hadn’t pre paid it wouldn’t have come up on there system therefore I wasn’t able to get my nails done. Had a wedding the next day and had sprinted from work. Really disappointed

First lash lift, staff did not explain the process to me or describe the chemicals they were putting on my lashes. Throughout treatment staff were laughing and joking with each other (breathing heavily into my face) whilst applying chemicals onto my eyes and chatting to someone who was sitting on a couch behind me. At one point one of the girls dropped a tool they were using on the floor and it felt as though they picked it up and continued treating my lashes. Salon looks pretty run down. Overall quite an anxious experience.

I thought the decor was tired and it was cold.the girl was pleasant however I didn’t think my nails were done as well as at my is al nail bar and I wouldn’t re-book.
