This place is dodgy. They charged £45 for a ‘1 hour 10 minute luxury pedicure’ that lasted barely 10 minutes. The nail tech was clearly rushing to get to her next client and started arguing with me, trying to prove she was right. She claimed she lost time because she was doing extensions for me — but I paid extra for that service separately as part of the booking. That shouldn’t cut into the pedicure time. Totally unprofessional and fake. Very disappointed.
