Martin Director & Sports Massage Therapist Sport, health and fitness has always been at the center of Martin's personal and professional life. Martin is a Master of Arts in Physical Education and Society Studies. He is registered level 4 Sports Massage Therapist specializing in sports injury prevention. He is a member of Complementary Therapists Association having extensive experience as a level 4 Personal Trainer and Exercise Specialist in Lower Back Pain Management. His long-term passions include competitive road cycling several times completing the world famous Majorca 312 , Grand Fondo World Championship, Fred Whitton Climbing Challenge amongst many other races, sportives and endurance running including London Marathon, Marathon Visiegrad and several half- marathons.
