Years of probably bad posture resulting in knotted muscles around my shoulders and neck. Martin is working on undoing the damage and this has resulted in me feeling so much better with my overall posture. He has also brought attention to other areas of tension within my body i.e hamstrings and glutes. His magic has left me feeling so much better when attending Gym classes. Expect to feel some pain in the beginning which is natural when undoing tight muscles.
