Martin is extremely thorough and precise. He translates the body, any problems and the solutions to the layman very well.
It was the set up that could have been a little better, but perhaps that's just me. Remember you are in a sports centre, with all the weight bangs, announcements and disruptions that involves. It's also a pretty small squashy room, with his bike down one end.
That said, I will be returning for future sports massages.

Martin is very professional, friendly, approachable and helped me with my sore lower back and shoulder. These areas are largely pain free now - he explains everything clearly before, whilst doing the treatment and afterwards. I would highly recommend Martin.

I was very stiff in my shoulders and hamstrings after continuous work in the gym . Martin was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and after two days I felt my flexibility had increased enormously.
