They couldn’t find my booking and asked if I could cancel via Treatwell, even though I showed them the email information. Which would have incurred a cost my side as I had already paid. I suggested that they log out and back in to the system to see if they could find my booking. Which worked and my appointment appeared on the system, no apology from the staff member though. I should of seen this as a sign as the experience didn’t improve. My once long healthy nails have now been hacked short!
To be honest very confused by the experience. I was told they wouldn’t see me even though I had an appointment booked. I told them what I came for then they told me that’s not what I booked after they had started and made me feel very embarrassed. Then at the end why I wanted to pay they told me that next time I should bring cash even though I asked prior if I could pay with card. The Landry who did my nails was very lovely though but upset by the overall experience.
Unclean, unfriendly, and uncaring. Avoid. I booked an appointment, and they just sat me down and I wasn’t seen until 10 minutes later. They didn’t prep my nails AT ALL, and my nails are so bulbous from the side - they look horrible.
