To be honest very confused by the experience. I was told they wouldn’t see me even though I had an appointment booked. I told them what I came for then they told me that’s not what I booked after they had started and made me feel very embarrassed. Then at the end why I wanted to pay they told me that next time I should bring cash even though I asked prior if I could pay with card. The Landry who did my nails was very lovely though but upset by the overall experience.

Unclean, unfriendly, and uncaring. Avoid. I booked an appointment, and they just sat me down and I wasn’t seen until 10 minutes later. They didn’t prep my nails AT ALL, and my nails are so bulbous from the side - they look horrible.

A huge thank you to Lina for my beautiful nails! From the moment I arrived, she was so welcoming and professional. I was so impressed that even as the salon got busier, she took her time and never rushed the process. The final result was exactly what I wanted, and the quality is fantastic. This is hands down the best nail salon in Romford!
