Very disappointed with the service. I booked for a restyle haircut paid £35and i have received a dry haircut for the value of £19 because the lady told me that the reservation came in the system like that. I showed the lady my booking receipt but she refused to accept that as the salon was busy. She also suggested to me to ask for a refund from Treatwell and left me with awful hair . Never again.

Samantha, is warm, lovely and very professional but also makes you feel comfortable. I will be certainly be back and I am now eager to try other treatments.
