The salon was having work done / refit etc so not the most comfortable space.

I went to M3 a couple of weeks ago for the first time, and I’m so happy I did. I get really nervous going to the hairdressers. I have a weird childhood ‘phobia’ so going to a new one is extra awkward for me. Lee (a lovely lady) did my hair, and I told her that I was nervous. Lee took her time and was so attentive, giving me choices and reassurance at every step. We had great chats about all sorts of things, personal and otherwise, and even though I live in London most of the time and visit Manchester once a month or so, I won’t be going anywhere else now. Lee listened to exactly what I wanted, and gave me honest and objective advice on ideas I had for my hair. I can’t recommend them enough. I have no nervousness about going back to Lee at M3 when I next need my hair cut. I wish I could give her ten stars. Thank you so much, Lee, for helping me conquer a childhood fear :)
