I literally called in for a quick beard trim - not a cut throat shave round the edges etc. Lee was very clear with what the service entailed and saw to it straight away; a nice tidy up around the chops. Very friendly and thorough.

I felt rushed and it was not a relaxing experience at all! The manicure began to chip the very next day! when I took the polish off I noticed scratches all over my nails from where she had 'buffed' them! Totally rubbish!

Samantha was lovely and so accommodating. However pedicure was far from "luxury". Foot spa was a portable one that you can buy from Argos, treated in a tiny beauty room in the basement with little provisions. Decent pedicure but I wouldn't have classed it as luxury or worth the £27. Would have been fine as a regular pedicure. Yet, Samantha really did her best with what she had and was lovely to speak to. This review is in no way a reflection of Samantha, but what M3 classes as luxury.
