Would advise anyone who books via the app to remind staff in the salon of this when they arrive, as they did not check themselves when I visited. Tried to charge me extra for a 'blow dry' (which lasted a few minutes; whole appointment was very rushed, 20mins max) because apparently I 'should have been left with wet hair'. I didn't actually ask for any extras, and the 'wet cut' does say that they will finish by drying hair with a hairdryer...confusing to say the least if you are not someone who is familiar with their terminology. Distinct feeling I was being upsold throughout however, so this might have been part of that. Quality was OK although not the cleanest/tidiest salon, and did agree not to charge extra in the end when I challenged. Book with caution.
