I got crazy itching and dandruff after getting a wash and blow dry. I was greeted and offered drinks. The blow out was perfect just what I asked for but sadly I had to wash my hair again because it felt not as clean. I think they might need to change the shampoo and not use conditioner on the roots?

I went for a wash, cut and dry. My cut was totally the opposite what I had asked for. Before the I cut I explained her what I wanted which was only a fresh trim. But she completely different and said 'this looks better'. My blow dry was with a flat brush and used a straightner for the ends. It was a horrible haircut and blow dry.
