the beauty therapists were lovely, however the facial lasted only 45 minutes (even though it was advertised to be about 75 minutes long) and the luxury pedicure lasted only 25 minutes, even though it's advertised as 45 minutes on the app so that was a bit disappointing. my cuticle and toenails weren't trimmed, and no dead skin was removed
the conditioning treatment however was lovely
