I booked a dry haircut. The stylist didn’t check my booking and did the full wash and blow dry and charged me for it too when leaving. I ended up paying for a 60min service but I was in and out in 25min. I wasn’t too happy tbh I kept saying I don’t need a blow dry as I’m going to the gym straight after.
