I was told my haircut - restyle - should have cost more on this app and that’s the only reason I can assume I got the service I did. I did not get the restyle I asked for only a trim. I was ignored about my preferences and fringe length. I was going rebook so I could see - as my fringe is so long but i couldn’t be fit in when I could get there before Xmas - I’m not bothering. I’m really sad as I’d had positive experience there before. This time I got a naff cut and rude service. Waste of time

Sarah is an incredible hair dresser. She pays attention closely to what I ask. She meets the brief 100% and adjusts her techniques to match what I ask for, every time. She is an absolutely fantastic hairdresser, I almost want to gate-keep this so she doesn’t get too booked up. Thanks Sarah for perfect hair every time ❤️
