Great haircut and the stylist listened to what I wanted. However, the appointment felt very rushed. The salon was very busy (I guess it was a Saturday). I had a 30 min slot (as per the listing) but was out in 15 mins from being in the chair. I haven’t had a haircut that fast ever. The stylist did a great job but would advise not to brush through hair at such speeds when there was a knot as I felt like I was being pulled! I would potentially book again, maybe on a less busy day.

Really thankful for my treatment. My hair now looks a lot more even and I won’t need to be as diligent with my appointment. Jasmine was a pleasure to have as a stylist: she was efficient, really knew her stuff and I had a laugh with her about early 00s hair regrets. 100% recommend!
