This is an awful awful place!!! I went and the lady at the door said that they gave my appointment to somebody else, as wahanda cancelled it. I told them that is not possible and showed a confirmation email and a reminder message. She then, showed me something that they received from wahanda with a DIFFERENT order number. I explain this must be for a different customer, but she wouldn't listen. She had incredibly rude attitude and was shouting at me. I said that I am happy to wait for half an hour until they are free, she just asked me to leave. I have never been treated worse in my life. Then of course, I wrote an email complaining to Wahanda and the owner of the salon, it became clear that I was right and I did have an appointment for which I was fully charged; so then the owner told me she will give me a complementary facial as a way to apologise but when I replied asking for a date to go, 1 month later I am still waiting for a reply from her!!! Don't waste your time going there; you will be treated badly, yelled at, asked to leave, then you will be also lied at and promised an empty apology.
My hair stylist was lovely, we had a little chat but he left me to enjoy my haircut in peace. He took a lot of care with my hair and was very gentle. Great haircut. The salon wasn't too loud and shiny either.
