Lovely cut & blow dry. Just what I was after & Tommy was a delight.

Had a really good experience. I was looked after really well. Got coffee and biscuits as soon as I went in, which was very welcome and Tommy gave a no nonsense, brilliant haircut. I feel like a new woman. Thank you all.

Manicurist was lovely, and for an express manicure is what I expected but my issue was I was charged £16 additional for gel removal which is ridiculous. I paid for a spa manicure but received an express manicure quality. I was very disappointed.
