I was taken aback to hear that "wash and style" did not include the price of blowdry- be careful if you are looking for up do or even blow-dry that isn't just straight you will be charged around 35-40 pounds (I had to pay extra on top of the voucher that I already had purchased). The final style was great, I just was not expecting to be paying this much for it.

Went here to have my regrowth dyed. Was left sitting in a chair with dye on my hair for 1 hour and 25 mins. Usually after 30 mins the dye is washed off. My appointment was at 5.30pm and I didn't leave there until 8pm. Just not good enough. Will never visit this hairdressers again!!

Really bad service, unable to curl long hair for a wedding and actually charge full price?!?!?!?!?
Emails to their email address have been rejected for over a year now because their box is full?
Feedback therefore sent over website and never got a reply.
Don't even want to give them one star but had to in order to submit this (so no, they don't get a star from me). Seriously don't trust these people with special occasions!
