Hair got cut a little short after agreeing only to take half an inch off! I went home hoping it would grow back fast!

no relaxing music in the massage room, bright light was kept on, could hear others talking in the room next door. Wasn't asked about any massage preference. There was also no form to fill out about allergies, medications or health issues? Massage also wasn't a full hour long. As someone who has been for many massages, this defiantly rated as the lowest. Over all disappointing.
