The salon is nice, good music. The assistant very kind, but the stylist seemed to hurry and wasn't really interested in what I imagined. I left with something completely different than asked.
Another thing was payment. Book one price on the Treatwell, but then was charged 25% more, because of the "situation". I understand, but that's something that should be clear on booking or even informed once you've entered the salon. Definitely not when you're paying...

I went in to get my hair cut for donation to the Little Princess Trust. Ella made some excellent suggestions and I couldn't be happier with my long bob. They were friendly, professional and swift.
I was nervous about going to the hairdressers in the current pandemic but I was asked to wash my hands at the start, the area was sanitised and Ella wore a mask at all times. Wearing my own mask (for their protection) didn't get in the way whilst getting my hair cut.
Excellent service.

Lovely salon, very clean with plenty of COVID measures, had an amazing hair wash and scalp massage, and Ella did a great job at listening to what I wanted and making it happen!
