Up front, I was, as ever, very pleased with my haircut. However, I was pretty uncomfortable with the lack of COVID precautions. Whilst all of the staff HAD disposable masks, most of them were around their necks. At best a token effort. There is clear, strong guidance on the use of Perspex face shields for close contact services.
There was also no evidence of distancing efforts in the shop, with every chair in constant use, and many people in an enclosed space.
Sadly I won’t be returning.

It was my first time going to mack daddy's on park row.
I thought i would treat myself and my boy to a decent haircut since being unable to have a haircut since March due to lockdown.
Mack daddy's is great place to go and sean got the style I wanted spot on and also done a great job on my little boys hair.
I will definitely be booking there again 5*

I was a little nervous about a return to the hairdresser, but the welcome was as normal and it was clear what efforts had been made to keep everything extra clean and safe.
I was really happy to see Ella again - she was as friendly as ever and really set to work sorting my hair out - the colouring was excellent and she really listened to my concerns. The cut and styling really finished everything off. I left feeling extra glamorous and very happy!

I recently went to Ella for the first time after she was recommended to me by a friend. Ella was fantastic, she really knows her stuff and I will be going to her for all my hair needs from now on
