Cancelled a hair booking for a wedding with 4 days notice, agreed an alternative date and time on the phone with a different time on later booking confirmation, then would not honour either booking. Said the online system had made an error when I booked but we made the booking face to face? Very disappointing as I've been coming for years and really liked the cuts but won't be coming again.
