Kay was so professional and welcoming. She listened to what I wanted and was so lovely. She is also very skilled and provided really useful advice on various beauty treatments.
It was my first time attending the salon and I am certain hat I will be booking at the salon going forward.

Lady who did my lashes was lovely and they looked nice at first, but so disappointed that it's been 4 days since having them done and more than 50% have fallen out, they look awful now and I can't return to have them fixed as I'm on holiday. I followed the aftercare advice very closely, didn't get them wet for 48hrs, no makeup, slept on my back ect. Feels like such a waste of money 😔
