Irina is great! Treatwell app didn’t allow me to book with a specified stylist though, which was inconvenient and created confusion for the salon who had booked me with a different stylist because Irina wasn’t available at the time I selected in the treatwell app. So it was not a seamless process.

Irina does an amazing blow dry! Highly recommend. Staff here are really great :-)
Be good if you would offer a loyalty programme or punch card e.g. Buy 5 blow dry get 6th free. Make it economical for people to come for styling more regularly.

Irina is a real expert at the 'big bouncy hair' blow dry! Lovely people working at the salon, and all stylists do a great job. Salon is better now that they are using digital for appointment bookings etc. Still it could be a bit cleaner - especially where hair is washed down stairs and the loo area.
