Fiona was kind, considerate and knowledgeable. She advised on what length and layers for my haircut I should have which suited how I maintain it day-to-day and how I like to wear my hair. A lovely first experience at Mad Lillies.

I am 62 years old and Olga did the best blow dry on my very curly and wayward hair that I have ever received. I was going to a wedding in Hampstead later that day and received lots and lots of compliments about my hair. Olga was not just efficient and welcoming, she took real care to make it look as good as she possibly could. She also gave me good advice about how to care for my hair going forward - almost telepathic. I cannot praise her highly enough. Thank you so much, Olga.
