The lady was lovely and tried to make me comfortable. However, the salon was a bit too small with literally no space to leave my belongings. Even though I had booked the Hollywood wax, she didn't wax my back and wanted to charge me additionally for that, which was not specified.
Lovely staff and great treatment. Although it was a tad tamed by the passing car noise outside, it was nonetheless a well-worth visit.
Its quite tucked away from the main Ilford centre which gives a flexible range of treatment times, so highly recommend others to book a visit as an alternative to other places where availability may be limited.
Look forward to booking a longer treatment next time
