I visited mad'Ouk for the first time for a facial, Brazilian and facial wax. Lubna the therapist there on the day was friendly and welcoming, she asked whether the room was warm enough before carrying out the procedure. The salon is not quite ready and did lacked a little atmosphere, it needed some relaxing music, candles or scents. However this did not distract from the treatment, which was quite good, Labna hereslf was lovely. I warded the salon 4 stars overall.
