my beauty therapist Lubna was really kind friendly and welcoming.. felt relaxed.. your privacy is considered.. service was great.. before and during treatment was asked if room temperature was ok. which made me feel like I was cared for.. very professional.. thumbs up.. defo coming again.. đ

Amazing facial really noticed the differance in my skin I was a bit wary at first as I have veryy sensitive skin but the beautician was really helpful she showed me a variety of treatments I can go for & I would suggest elemis. Polite & clean staff
