Terrible facial service. My blackheads were not cleaned. They are still on my face. It doesn't look like that I even had a facial. Not recommended at all to anyone. I deserve a complementary good facial service to clean my skin.

I’m so sorry but it wasn’t a good experience. The room floor was dirty so where I was bottom naked for my full leg wax there was all hair and something sticky sticking to my feet. It was very cold in the room. There was no after care.

Was told to come in for a patch test and then had to rebook again. Appointment was at 4 to which I was told to come at 4:15. As soon as I got there the hygiene and place was a mess but got told to wait another 20 mins which I refused and walked out.
