Therapist wasn’t in and owner didn’t update or call me to let me know. Wasted my time going there
Booked for a haircut and eyebrow threading with Lubna however she wasn’t there, another staff took half an hour to thread my eyebrows. Haircut was okay, but staff was unprofessional, made offensive remarks.
