I get my waxing done from Lubna every time and she’s great. She’s really professional and makes you feel comfortable throughout the session. Always have excellent results with her
It said open at 11am on a Saturday I booked for 11:30am I arrived at 11:20am the shop was closed I left after 11:30 as I was calling the mobile number on website and shop no answer got a call bk on a different number and told that I could come before 7pm when I came bk then she kept saying about a hollywood I wanted a Brazilian and I looked she had already took too much off so then I agreed which cost an extra £4 it was the most painful I've ever had lots of hairs missed not professional.
I went to get my massage a week ago and it was an amazing experience! I do really recommend this service. I felt very relaxed and very happy with the results afterwards. I will surely repeat.
This place was awful, there were no proper equipment to do nails, no nail desk, the utensils were dirty, all of the 8 nail polishes that were there were dried out & that left us with 2 choices, which were also drying out. Lubna was nice, but didn’t seem to have experience in filing or painting nails, as I’m a qualified beauty therapist myself & could see. As we waited for nails to dry she stood there cutting her own nails?! Wasted my money, & my daughters nails have already chipped! Won’t return
