Really nice and clean, great service. She was lovely and welcoming would definitely come here again
They overbook to make as much money as possible and then said customers home or tell them to come back later even if they've booked through treatwell. Lady doing the massage is nice but she's leaving. I won't be coming back ever again, you lost a regular customer.
Got my hair messed up by a "professional" hairstylist. They turned into straw.
No staff available when i turned up. The member of staff who does massages was coming in that afternoon despite my morning booking. Awaiting refund
Uneven haircut, very disappointed as I was a new customer. Would not recommend
