The place is filthy and unorganised, not what you want to destress. The therapist mixed up my appointment and stopped during, I then had to prove from my email booking I had a longer treatment booked. This was supposed to be a birthday treat. Due to the dirt, and interruptions, I was unable to zone out and relax. The therapist was late. I would not recommend this place.

I didn't get Lubna, so there was no point requesting, and the facial was over in 50 minutes though it was meant to be 1 hr. it was very rushed, and it's the first time I've had a facial where they put anything on my eyes. dont think I'll come again
