Today was my first visit to Mad'Ouk. Lubna was very friendly and professional and listened to what I wanted. I am very happy with my new haircut! Highly recommemded
Sandiya was really nice at took a great care of me, The place was clean, with good atmosphere. I left it very relaxed!
After 20 mins, I felt super itchy. My finger was burned with the hot wax. She used the same trip with the wax to remove other hair on my arm or leg. I felt she is experienced but she is lacking in few things.
Blissful treatment by an expert!
The salon is fairly basic but the treatment room was clean and dimly lit so a good relaxing setting. My therapist was very helpful regularly checking in to see how I was and I was impressed that she did such a thorough massage. As well as body she paid attention to feet and hands which was great. I enjoyed the massages so much I stayed for a facial too. Only improvements would be some music (there was none) and I would have liked larger towels to cover my body.
