Lady not very happy as was last minute appointment. Told me a treat well error and should have been 13 pounds. Looked at my strands of grey hair in my Ash blonde and said was I sure I didn't want to dye my hair. Paid the 3 pounds and got away quick.

Reena is absolutely great! She is very friendly and polite and great with her hands. I fell asleep numerous times coz I was so relaxed. Feeling amazing right now. Will definitely be visiting again.
