I got to the salon about 5 minutes early when the staff was involved in the tail end of a prepping for a wedding. I was asked to wait a few more minutes and was offered a cup of tea as well. Lovely staff, lovely haircut (with great attention to detail) - I felt taken care of despite the hustle and bustle and preoccupation with the wedding party. Great value in N8!

Went in for a haircut and eyebrow threading. You won't get the typical treatment you would in a chain hairdressers/ beauty salon (pointless chat, millions of over-priced products dragged through your hair, etc) the staff are perfectly pleasant and do the job well. Good haircut (just a trim this time). Fantastic threading of eyebrows and upper lip. My previous experiences at other salons were more like torture than a beauty treatment, but at Madam's they were very gentle. I'll definitely go back again for this. Very reasonably priced, especially in London. Have taken off 1 star as I wasn't offered a drink and it should be known that this is a cash only establishment.
