I wasn't asked for name or booking when I first arrived so the girl assumed I was in for a different treatment. The staff wasn't very welcoming and it was only half way through my treatment that I was asked if I wanted a drink (I would have been OK without the drink but found it rude that the customer that arrived after me was offered one straight away).
A little disappointed with the end result despite showing a photo of roughly what I wanted. It was good value for money but only if you don't mind them dismissing what you want and just doing it their own way.
