Update. The beautician ripped my skin front and back due to negligence, rushing and lack of experience with black people's hair. I have been in pain for days now. Really upset with the service here. Will only come back for massages.

Despite thier effort of trying to correct the incomplete treatment that was on tuesday. They were quick to respond and keen to reslove the issue by inviting me back to fix the colour coverage issues, the day after , on Wednesday .the coverage was much better for second attempt correct on the second day but I now have lighter brown colour on top of head and the rest of head dark brown. I dnt have time to go back.
Team is friendly and lovely but I wont be coming back for any hair service
