I booked in for a Hollywood Wax with Hot Wax and was told that they do not sell hot wax. My question here is why advertise something you do not have? She gaslit me to try to believe strip wax is better than hot wax however hot wax is evidently more expensive due to better quality. I had to tell the therapist several times to wax the same area as the quality of her wax was poor. She left out a lot of hairShe used just 2 and a half wax strips on the entire area. It was clear she had no experience

The Place was hard to find because it is in a shared unit. When I found the studio Irha welcomed me directly. The massage space was cosy and relaxing. Irha was very professionell and gave me a very good massage. I would recommend this place!

The massage was great! I felt relaxed and an at ease! The location could have been better signed when entering the mall but apart from that, Ira did a great job, I left feeling light!

Sonu was fantastic, she took her time and gave self care tips. Literally a gem inside the mall. They have great offers and pricing is very good. I will be booking again. The atmosphere was great!
