Got to my appointment and they told me the person had gone home. They refused to give me a refund (I had paid in advance on treatwell). I asked them to cancel the booking and they kept trying to click the option that the client did not attend. I told them not to as I was there ready to have the appointment and that would prevent me getting a refund on treatwell. But they refused to click the option that they couldn’t honour the appointment. I had to leave without a refund and no apology.
