Generally happy with the experience and the eyebrow threading was professionally done and shaped well. Manicure was OK, the polish chipped quickly and I felt could have been a little tidier on the shaping. But good for the price.

Despite the nice salon and hairdresser, the haircut was only ok...it felt a bit rushed and wasn’t quite what I’d hoped for. And she kept brushing my ears when cutting, which hurt!

I had a mini facial with Neda. she was lovely and very helpful, and given that I have a sensitive skin it was great that the products didn't cause a reaction. Nonetheless I do think £30 is a bit much for a 30minutes cleanup. The process is involved and you can't really get much in 30minutes, the mask was on for just a couple of minutes. 10 minutes more would help.
